Why? Because new planning regulations now prohibit any development within 500m of the coastline, so these beach homes are the last of their kind and have great rarity value.

The Beach Residences are built over three floors and their sitting rooms and terraces face the ocean. The apartments also have exclusive use of a secure communal pool with gated access and their kitchen and sitting rooms have an open-plan design to maximize the abundant natural sunlight.
